JUAN JOSÉ SALAMANCA

Juan José created AlleTrust in 2006, in Geneva, Switzerland with one client. It has since grown into a multi-national organization, impacting tens of thousands of people around the world. AlleTrust provides executive leadership development, business coaching and management skills for organizations and individuals. Juan José is also the co-founder of other firms and a board member of several international companies. He began his mentoring journey after a 30-year career at DuPont de Nemours. Juan José is a thought leader in motivation-based, personal and organization transformation and an expert in driving caring behaviour through corporate values. He is an expert in executive development and has counseled many senior executives and their teams throughout the world. He is the author of innovative leadership models based on the application of emotional intelligence and in the latest discoveries in neuroscience and cognitive science. An example of his legacy that most he loves are the well-known “Leadership through Safety®” programs. Juan José is a strong believer in our development as individual with the growth of personal leadership skills being paramount. He truly ‘walks the talk’ and his leadership style inspires other leaders to develop their own way and legacy. “Our growth as a leader depends on our growth as an individual”. – Juan José Salamanca

EMMANUEL FOURNIER

Emmanuel is a multiplier. He finds great joy in helping people across all levels of any organization discover and implement sustainable solutions. The family of programs within Leadership Through Safety are in perfect step with his core values. Keeping all people safe, productive and happy in their work and in there lives is important to Emmanuel. Even more important is teaching them how they can use the Leadership Through Safety tools to improve the lives of those who they influence the most. Under his leadership, and with the help of a wonderful – growing team, the number of people impacted by Leadership Through Safety has multiplied exponentially. His goal is to see the constant and sustainable growth of both AlleTrust SA and AlleTrees Inc. with the goal of reaching tens of thousands of people each year and adding significant value through all of our programs. Emmanuel partnered with Juan-José Salamanca when they met at DuPont. He rejoined Mr. Salamanca in 2007 with AlleTrust. His career spans 30 years from truck loading and assembly line work to Nuclear Engineering and then to strategic planning and Executive leadership. He has lived and worked in many countries around the globe. He is now back to his native Jura mountain where he lives with his wife and four children. He spends his time between the forest of the brain cultivated through the AlleTrust philosophies and the spruce trees that surround his home.

ISABELLE BLANCHET

A former professional ballet dancer and native of France, Isabelle serves with passion and integrity. She has been with the team from the start and has helped countless clients along the way. Isabelle represents the heart and soul of our organization. Isabelle has experience in the Arts and fashion industries and was an Executive Assistant at DuPont in Geneva, before coming to AlleTrust. Isabelle’s personal values are based upon the importance of self-discipline, passion for a job well done and respect for people. She believes in constant growth and life-long learning. Her values mirror those presented through our programs.

SANDRA SALAMANCA

Sandra joined the team in 2008. She collaborates in the development and implementation of new programs in various organizations around the world. Sandra focuses much of her time on helping our clients through the influence of our programs to improve their results. Sandra has a degree in biology from the University of Oviedo. She currently focuses her research on the relationship between our emotions and our decision-making process. She believes strongly in the importance of knowing the role our emotions play in achieving the change that we want in our behaviors and helps us build this into programs that change lives.

FRITZ BLACK

With over 25 years experience in Manufacturing and 13 plus years in the Training and Development industry, Fritz brings a wide range of experience to the team. From production welder, to Sanitation Manager in the food industry, to Foundry Manager, to C level executive in the Training industry – Fritz has the experience and engaging style to make a major impact with those he works with. Fritz runs the operations in the Americas and is a key player in developing meaningful programs as well as coaching and managing the people on his team.

ARTHUR KOTLAREVSKY

Arthur has worked with international companies such as General Mills, BCG, or DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) in Europe, Middle East, & in the US. He joined AlleTrust in 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland.

He has experience in Operational Management Consulting and has helped companies improve their performance by working on their safety culture in various industries (food manufacturing, transport, construction, energy, manufacturing…) by implementing safety transformation programs. He has trained employees from shopfloor workers to C-level executives.

Arthur supports the growth of AlleTrust with the goal of promoting the program and creating value to more businesses to reach tens of thousands of people nationally and internationally. He wants to help more employees feel safe, productive, and confident at work.
